Aptiva Therapy is a growing provider of home health therapy services.   We are seeking Licensed Occupational Therapists with home health experience for salaried, full-time positions for several regions in the Chicago area.

Candidates must have a minimum of one year of prior home health experience, excellent clinical skills, and a patient-centric focus.  We seek individuals that are highly capable, well organized, and effective communicators.  Commitment to an interdisciplinary approach with a full care-team across multiple home health agencies is essential. Comfort with EMRs, an understanding of current regulatory requirements, and a friendly and positive attitude are also important.
